Former Hewlett Packard CEO Carly Fiorina officially has announced her candidacy for U.S. Senate after months of speculation.

If you think this is a coincidence - that Fiorina announces on the morning after Jon Corzine’s stunning defeat in New Jersey - you really shouldn’t be thinking too much about politics. It will only make your head hurt.
