    Those who think the British newspapers cover American affairs better than our own MSM need to remember they’re not ALL the same - there’s always the Guardian. Here’s their headline:

    “Barack Obama Denounced By Rightwing Marchers in Washington”

    …and here’s their first paragraph, with their crowd estimate:

    “Tens of thousands of protesters took to the streets of Washington at the weekend in the largest manifestation yet of the angry anti-Obama sentiment being whipped up among rightwing Republicans.”

    Thankfully I was not in D.C. My bladder couldn’t have handled it. By the time I waited 90 minutes to use the port-a-head, I would have had to start standing in line for the next time I needed to use one.

    Getting old just sucks!

    LGF has lost most if not all of it’s creditability. Johnson has labeled the whole movement “Racist”.

    I was down in DC for a convention, and from what I could tell, 50,000 was the most. A lot of those were, I suspect, bystanders or other people watching, but not actually participating. A co-attendee of the convention thought that probably a quarter of them were Glenn Beck attorneys and bodyguards. I think that claims of a million or more were the products of 200 proof everclear. I had no trouble getting around DC, other than for normal traffic. Frankly, I think the entire thing was a bust.
