No word on whether they’ll be prosecuting any ACORN people for conspiring to cover up sex slavery. They’ve got bigger fish to fry, I guess. Like … the people who exposed the people who conspired to cover up sex slavery.

Alert Daily Pundit reader physics geek picked up on this loathsome possibility two days ago. When I read his comment, I thought, “No, they couldn’t possibly be that stupid.”

But they are. And if they do go ahead and prosecute, they will guarantee that this becomes an even bigger national scandal than it already is.

My hunch is that the Obama Whitewash House will put a little sub rosa pressure on these idiots and make this disastrous response go away. After all, it can’t be any more difficult to accomplish than the disappearing act they just accomplished on Andy Sullivan’s arrest on drug charges - which sucks, by the way.

    You might want to add biggovernment.com to the blog roll. The ACORN statement referenced in the linked article. And I guess you could call these videos the rebuttal.
    Makes it a lot harder to make it disappear.
    Will DC try the same crap as Merrygoroundland?
    Damn. This is even better than Whitewater and Vince Foster.
    And Hannah Giles is a lot easier on the eyes.
