Lieberman wavers on health care bill - Capitol Hill- msnbc.com

The Senate requires 60 votes to overcome a filibuster and advance a measure to an up-or-down vote. Senators from both parties said that Democrats might use a voting tactic to overcome GOP opposition, abandoning the White House’s goal of bipartisan support for its chief domestic priority.

Remember when the Dems said getting around the filibuster provisions in the ratification of judicial appointments was a tyrannical crime and power grab?

But this is different, right?

    So, Kossacks, how’s reading Lieberman (lifetime ADA liberal rating, 77%, hmm, wonder what it would be without the war votes) out of the Democrat party working out for ya?
