Michael Jackson was a testament to the fact that if you have enough money, you can be as bat shit crazy as want to be and live amongst the general populace. Add to that a predilection for diddling children, and you’ve got the makings for a first class monster. Yeah, I’m having a real tough time working up any sympathy.
A life well squandered.
There is, in some measure, a tendency to want to say that he was a product of his immediate environment - but then, how long can you extend any degree of sympathetic understanding for obviously froot-loop behavior, especially when it begins to extensively affect other people’s lives?
Sad, and disturbing - his entire “adult” lifespan appears to have been lived as an extended, expensive, self-deceptive fantasy…

His entire adult life appears to have been lived as a sexual molester of sick children least able to protect themselves from a predator like him. Nor could society protect them either. Michael was too rich, and too vicious, to touch. The only ones I despise more than Jackson himself are the parents who sold their children into his perverted, abusive clutches.

The only thing worse than that sick twist is the endless supply of parents salivating over the possibilities of their kids hanging with him.
