How Dumb? We Elected Him, Didn’t We?

BAM’S DOUBLE TALK - New York Post

How dumb does President Obama think the American people are?

On Tuesday, he and a cross-section of congressional Democrats assembled at the White House to declare an urgent need to restore the “PAYGO” system — that is, spending rules ostensibly designed to impose some fiscal discipline in Washington.

“The ‘pay as you go’ rule is very simple,” said the president. “Congress can only spend a dollar if it saves a dollar elsewhere.”

Added Obama: “Paying for what you spend is basic common sense. Perhaps that’s why, here in Washington, it’s been so elusive.”

Now that’s rich.

Uh huh.

Big Lie - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The essential English leadership secret does not depend on particular intelligence. Rather, it depends on a remarkably stupid thick-headedness. The English follow the principle that when one lies, one should lie big, and stick to it. They keep up their lies, even at the risk of looking ridiculous.[2]

Who came up with the concept of the “Big Lie?” Hitler, and his penis-puppet propagandist, Goebbels.

That’s why we call Obama a liberal fascist.

UPDATE: I just realized something about this statement. All along, Obama has been telling us that government - specifically, the government located in Washington, D.C. - is the answer to all our problems. Is he now saying that his much vaunted “answer” is short on common sense?

I think this must be a watershed moment.
