CIA Director Leon Panetta just sent a stern message to his employees defending the agency against Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s criticisms.
His message: We didn’t mislead Congress; stay focused on your job.
Hmm. Panetta is Obama’s guy, installed to prevent the CIA from launching attacks on the president. So this can mean only one thing: Nancy Pelosi is being given a taste of the White House Whipping Stick.

Personally, I believe this is the start of a purge in the congress.
It’s the Chicago Boyz faction taking control beginning with Pelosi, the most inept speaker of the house in national history.
The Petulant Left was never part of the Obamist cabal; they just thought that they could embarass Obama into treating them as such. Now, they are finding out differently.

I would suspect that, unlike many prior administrations, The Obamanation has found it far more expedient to have a “Friends List” instead of an “Enemies List” - it makes for a much shorter list, and one that is far more easily revised…

I will also make a $10 (US) bet, right now, (IF I can get 2-to-1 odds), that Hillary runs against Obama in the 2012 Dem Primaries.

DCP, you realize you’re also predicting that Hillary will resign from the cabinet? She announced her candidacy in September of 2007 for the 2008 election, and she had a functional campaign organization before then. When do you see her resigning from Barry’s cabinet?
Right after the 2010 election, 1st qtr 2011.
I believe that the 2010 election will be a bloodbath for the Dems.
I think Hopey Changy’s aproval rating will be in the dumps and his legislative program will be dead in the water. The Clinton (Paneta, Emmanuel, etc.) operatives salted throughout his admin will be working overtime to produce the leaks and other revelations that make him look bad. This, of course, doesn’t even consider the fact that EVERY time he opens his mouth, he steps on his . . er . . appendage. You will, by then, see LISTS of campaign promises that have been repudiated. Gitmo, torture, rendition, etc. There will have been NO investigations of Bush admin people. (Note - this last will not upset normal thinking people, but the leftwing nutcases are ALREADY p**** because Chaney and Rumsfeld are not yet in jail. By then, they will be totally incoherent with rage over these and MANY other ‘betrayals’.
More importantly, it will be obvious that the economy is still in the toilet and I suspect that we will have seen a significant increase in terrorist activity.
She will then announce that The Won has been tried and found wanting. That although she was willing to support him and be a loyal soldier (LOL), that it is obvious that he is simply not up to the job.
She will then announce that the Dem party is bigger than any single individual and the future of the country is far too important to be sacrificed on the altar of OBAMA.
She will then accept the call of her party to save her country from the VRWC and their front-men, the Repubs.
PS - You Do realize of course, that she STILL has a functional campaign organization in place. It can activated with a phone call.
