SF officials confirm first swine flu case

(04-30) 13:15 PDT SAN FRANCISCO — San Francisco has its first confirmed case of swine flu, a child who recently traveled to Mexico, the city’s public health director announced today.

Told you it’s coming to a school, store, bus, or subway near you. Near me, too.
