I’m not sure how this: Only 7 swine flu deaths, not 152, says WHO | smh.com.au

Vivienne Allan, from WHO’s patient safety program, said the body had confirmed that worldwide there had been just seven deaths - all in Mexico - and 79 confirmed cases of the disease.

And this:

First U.S. Swine Flu Death; Cases Now in 10 States - ABC News

The swine flu virus has spread to 10 states and infected 91 people, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention confirmed today.

match up.

My hunch is that they don’t.
