Indeed. CAFE, child-safety requirements, and family size are a classic “trilemma:” a case of pick any two from three. And, of course, we know which one the enviros/safety advocates want to drop out.
One? Try two.
Large families are a burden on Mother Gaia. And children kept safe grow up to be adults, not only a burden in themselves, but inevitably the creator of more burdens.
The enviro motto: Let them all die - or never get born in the first place!
