Clinton says North Korean launch would come at a cost | International | Reuters
MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Wednesday a potential missile launch by North Korea would be a provocative act that would have consequences for talks on Pyongyang’s nuclear ambitions.
Clinton’s comments came as a U.S. official said North Korea had positioned what is believed to be a long-range ballistic missile on a launch pad in what could be a preparation for a launch.
“We have made it very clear that the North Koreans pursue this pathway at a cost and with consequences to the six-party talks which we would like to see revived and moving forward as quickly as possible,” she told reporters on a visit to Mexico City.
It will have no consequences whatsoever, except that the Obama administration, possibly even more gullible and stupid than the Clinton and Bush administrations, will simply offer more and larger bribes to the North Koreans in order for them to sign another worthless treaty, which they will also ignore.
And why not? Every time they have lied, cheated, and abrogated their given word, America has given them more. We’re paying them to screw us, so why are we surprised when they do, over and over again?
At some point the Japanese are going to realize that we have no intention of keeping our word to them, either, and will re-arm for their own protection. At that point, both North Korea and Communist China will finally feel some real heat. (North Korea is doing no more, and no less, than Red China wants them to do, by the way….)

Here’s a threat that would work: If the Norks fire a missile, the US will air-drop on Pyongyang 1,000,000 8×10 color photos of Hillary in a bikini. Pouf or no, Kim Jong Il can’t possibly stand up to those cellulite thighs.
Now that would be a real violation of the Geneva Conventions.
Jeez, Steve… I’m trying to eat my breakfast, here.
