Video of alleged deputy assault released

Couple of cops beat a handcuffed teenage girl. See the video. (The video is also on the king5 page, but it didn’t work when I tried it.)

Here’s the sweet part: The pig’s attorney didn’t want the video released “because it does not tell the whole story of the incident.” Uh-huh.

Here’s the sweeter part: The lead pig is being charged with fourth-degree assault. Maybe the law is different in Washington, but in New York I’d be charged with higher than that if I spat toward a cop.

    What pisses me off much more than the fact that things like this happen is the way even the “good” cops stick together to cover each other. That is the very definition of scumbag cowardice. You cops are PERPS!

    I thought that sheriffs offices like this went away with Bull Connor.

    The girl is seen being led into the cell, then kicking her left shoe out the door in the direction of Schene and another deputy.

    The two deputies are then seen storming into the cell. The girl ends up facing a wall next to the toilet. Schene is then seen apparently pulling the girl’s hair as she falls to the ground, face first.

    It then appears that Schene hits the girl twice while she is on the ground.

    The teen is then handcuffed. It appears Schene picks up the girl by her hair and leads her out of the cell.

    It appears that King5’s courage ran out with getting the video. She kicks a shoe out the cell door. The punk slams her into the wall, throws her to the concrete floor, thumps her a couple times then drags her to her feet by her hair. Is this punk a muslim fanatic to get so irrational over a shoe that came no where near hitting him?
    Why is he on PAID leave? Why wasn’t his accomplice charged? Why wasn’t he fired after the first bad shooting?
    And last. Isn’t this the county that manufactured the votes for the new governor?

    The video shows Schene and Brunner as they escorted the girl into the holding cell. Schene had asked her to remove her basketball shoes, and, as she slipped out of her left shoe, she appeared to kick it at Schene.

    Schene then lunged through the door and kicked her, striking either her stomach or upper thigh area, court documents say. He pushed her against a corner wall before flinging her to the floor by her hair. He then squatted down on her and made “two overhead strikes,” although it’s unclear where the blows landed.

    The detective who reviewed the video said it appeared Schene and Brunner had the girl under control when Schene struck her. Schene, who is 6 feet 2 and weighs 195 pounds, did not explain his action to investigators, court documents say.

    He and the girl exchanged words. Brunner said she was “real lippy” after being informed she was under arrest and called them “fat pigs.”

    The girls biggest mistake? Calling a fat pig a fat pig.

    In his own report from the incident, Schene wrote that the shoe hit him in the right shin, “causing injury and pain.” He wrote that he “placed” her into handcuffs and that she needed medical attention for a “panic attack.”
    He said a “blood filled pocket” formed on his shin, requiring treatment at Auburn General Hospital, according to his report. The video, however, appears to show his shin strike a metal toilet as he pushes the girl against the wall.

    And he hasn’t been charged with filing a false report? How many times has he lied in official reports?

    This guy should be prosecuted and barred from ever being an officer anywhere ever again. I have been a cop for 12 years and I have never let anyone goad me into acting that way. There is no justification for what he did. None. I hate fools like this because they cause people to think that all of us are this way, We are not. It is the small minority that gives us all a bad rap. Don’t hold this idiot and others like him against us. Please.

    Two words, robehren: blue wall. I can easily believe that fewer than one out of ten cops are out-of-control thugs, thieves, or perjurers. But every complaint or investigation meets with a united front against the “civilians”, it makes it hard to separate out the bad apples. It’s also a crime, unless interference with an investigation, witness intimidation, and destruction of evidence don’t apply to cops.

    Clean your own house before asking “civilians” not to tar you all with the same brush.
