DoD officials vow secrecy on budget - Federal news, government operations, agency management, pay & benefits - FederalTimes.com

The Obama administration has directed defense officials to sign a pledge stating they will not share 2010 budget data with individuals outside the federal government.
In an undated non-disclosure agreement obtained by Defense News, the administration tells defense officials that “strict confidentiality” must be practiced to ensure a “successful” and “proper” 2010 defense budget process.

“Successful and proper” to be defined as: “A process that doesn’t permit those damned warmongering conservatives to find out how badly I’m eviscerating the US military in order to pay for my socialist programs.”

Fat chance of that. Nobody leaks like a general who is being downsized. Drudge will have the details ten minutes after somebody’s ox gets gored. (via Instapundit).
