(Washington Post columnist Ruth Marcus wrote a frustrated account of the hearing, asking, “How can senators consent if they have no clue what policies they might be consenting to?”)

They have every clue. The policies they are being asked to “consent to” are those of Barack “I Won” Obama.

The actual mystery involves the person to whose nomination they are being asked to consent. And judging by the pack of tax cheats, hacks, and Chicago political bully boy thugs which which Obama is surrounding himself, they ought to be worried.
