You can mostly ignore the top headline on this item - it doesn’t really have much to do with Biden. The real meat is in the second hed:

President signs orders he says should ‘level the playing field’ for unions

As if those good folks at the UAW and AFL/CIO and their affiliates really need any additional “levelling” in their favor…

Of course, this is just a start, mostly affecting Federal contractors - but there will doubtless be more. Gotta pay up for all that electoral support, y’know…
