Virtually no one in state politics on Thursday was willing to make a bet on the appointment the unpredictable governor might make in the end. And the governor and his aides remained shocked at the recent turn of events and stung by criticism of their handling of the process.
Odd, isn’t it, how literally in a few hours the governor has become “unpredictable?” (Read: A Whackjob).
Before this is over, he’ll be tarred and feathered by Kennedy Stepinfetchopolous and others of his ilk for mistreating the eminently capable and entirely innocent Saint Caroline of Camelot.
