Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President.
The One isn’t even inaugurated, and already they’re trying to clear the way for extra Obama terms. The Democrats’ disdain for evidence, experience, and prudence has surpassed merely epic proportions with this one. Their common sense has gone missing in Cloud-Cuckoo Land, last seen muttering about “magically delicious”.
Fortunately, there are enough sane voters left and Constitutional Amendment is a high enough bar that this turkey just won’t fly. The Honorable Rep. Serrano must know this as well as anyone. Therefore, this is just an attempt to jump the line of Obama butt-kissers and really get some deep anal-lingual action going.

The leftier Dems have been prophesizing(sp? that can’t be right) that Bush was gonna declare martial law and stay in power…or find some other pretext not to leave.
As can be wtinessed through the mountain of electoral shenanigans(that they do, but accuse Republicans of doing) these guys project.
At least this move lets us know that they’re gonna allow pretend elections that look so legal Carter will happily ceritfy them.
Two questions.
1. If 38 states do not ratify the amendment prior to the 2016 Dem convention, can they nominate Obama?
2. If the 38th state ratifies it after the convention, can they change their candidate?
Interesting to note that 2016 is the year Hansen says Gorebal warming will reach the “tipping point”.
