Seems pretty obvious to me. When speaking the name of the vice-president, the ‘d-word’ you obviously need to use is “Dick”. Filling in, that turns Griffin’s remark into “I don’t go to your job and knock the dick out of your mouth”, which is an implication that the heckler performs oral sex for a living.
