Lines stretched around buildings and crossed city blocks as people waited to cast ballots in the historic presidential race between Barack Obama and John McCain. Touchscreen voting machines malfunctioned in some precincts, yet voting Tuesday appeared to go smoothly overall.

Funny. In 2000 and 2004, when the MSM thought the GOP candidate might win a close race, there were nothing but ‘voting problems” and “voting irregularities” (never ones favoring Dems, of course) as far as the eye can see.

Now, when they think this election is nothing more than a coronation of the Obamessiah, everything is running “smoothly overall.” Well, except for the odd club-wielding Black Panther helping out “polling observers” by threatening any voter who doesn’t look like an obvious Obama supporter.
