What if ‘SNL’ mocked Michelle Obama?

Can one imagine “Saturday Night Live” doing weekly send-ups of Michelle Obama and her “I’ve never been proud” of my country, this “just downright mean” America, using a black comedienne to mimic and mock her voice and accent?

“Saturday Night Live” would be facing hate-crime charges.

Well, of course. Because that would be racist.

    To be fair, the show has taken a lot of grief over their “daring” to let a white guy play Obama.

    Ooooooh - Daring! Do they also wear white after Labor Day? Tear the tags off the mattresses? Cross in between, not at the Green? Run with scissors? Have cocktails before 5PM (it’s 5 O’Clock somewhere)?

    I, for one, appreciate SNL for letting me know what is currently appropriate humor for a Obamazin. Laughing at inappropriate times could attract the wrong kind of attention. Best not to talk at all when waiting in the bread line…
