Bipartisan Praise From Bill Clinton - The Caucus Blog - NYTimes.com
“Obviously, I favor Senator Obama’s energy positions, and Democrats have been by and large the more forward-leaning actors,” Mr. Clinton said. “But John McCain has the best record of any Republican running for president on the energy issue and on climate change.” He added, “I’m very encouraged about where the presidential rhetoric is in this campaign.”
Gag. The shit sandwich who will get my vote just keeps getting piled higher and stankier. Of course, I’m not voting for McCain because of his policies, which are pretty much horrible, or his effect on GOP conservatism, which will be malign.

Whoa! Must have missed something while I was on vacation. When did you become a (reluctant) McCain voter?
Apparently it was shortly before 7:29 am on August 11th 2008.
Bill Quick, a suggestion: perhaps you should make a habit of linking back to that post in future posts referencing McCain, given your obvious disdain for McCain and your previous pronouncements that you would never vote for him? I’m certain No One of Consequence isn’t the only one who will be confused in the future. It’s currently near the top of the list under the McCain category, but that probably won’t last for long.
Okay, Cayley, will do.
