ADDENDUM: While cruising around looking for R.T.’s bio, I came across this page from his web site. Apparently Ryback is as knowledgable about web p.r. technology as he is about everything else.

    Before I even clicked over, I knew it was about the water fountains.

    Meanwhile, even though the appraised value on my house has gone down, my property taxes have increased by the maximum amount allowed by law.
