McCain attends a football game, draws a record crowd of 80,000 : FamousDC

Well, unfortunately for those dedicated Obama allegiants, [and those enamored by photos of big crowds] it looks as if this “mass” of sorts, wasn’t quite built around the charisma of Barack Obama, but rather that of a popular rock band, known for drawing big crowds.

Newsbusters, the organization who loves to hate the “liberal” media, has reported it here.

What hasn’t been reported yet, is that John McCain drew a record crowd himself last year - right before some sort of sports gathering - which was clearly secondary on everyone’s mind.

Well, yeah, but the fact is that Obama’s huge crowd was reported favorably almost everywhere in the liberal MSM (no sneer quotes), but there was almost no mention of McCain’s “huge crowd” in any context whatsoever.

Other than that, of course, the two incidents are exactly alike.
