Since I know Shatner fairly well, and I’ve spent a fair amount of time with him, I can tell you that this is pretty much the way he really is. He’s not putting anything on here.

    I wrote five books and a feature film screenplay with him.

    I went with him to the Beverly Hills City Hall the day he got his marriage license prior to him marrying his previous wife - that marriage ended in tragedy.
