The Associated Press: Supreme Court upholds photo ID law for voters in Indiana
WASHINGTON (AP) The Supreme Court has ruled that states can require voters to produce photo identification without violating their constitutional rights. The decision validates Republican-inspired voter ID laws.
The court vote 6-3 to uphold Indiana’s strict photo ID requirement. Democrats and civil rights groups say the law would deter poor, older and minority voters from casting ballots.
Translation: If every state had these laws, Democrats would no longer be able to haul illegal aliens, felons, and others not qualified to the polls for the purpose of having them cast illegal votes for Democrat candidates. (via Instapundit).

Despite this record, and polls that show clear majorities of blacks and Hispanics back voter ID law, Mr. Obama continues to back Acorn. They both joined briefs urging the Supreme Court to overturn Indiana’s law.


But how else are they going to win, and it is all about winning. The dead vote is an important constituency for them.
If the dead can no longer depend on their friendly ward captains to cast ballots for them, I’m sure they’ll register for permanent absentee ballot status. If being dead isn’t a permanent disability, what is?
Are they included in the ADA? Do they collect disability checks? If so, how do they cash them?
They uses Mexican government-issued IDs. Any body can get one.
