That’s Oleg Volk’s work, which was partially inspired by mine.
I liked his better.
Seems to me that all three could complement each other nicely. When a rapist breaks into your abode, pull the gun, have him put the condom over his head, then call 911 after he stops breathing.
ShoreMark, I was going to say use the gun to force the rapist to call 911. But I like your answer better. :)
Anyone really need this timely real life example?
Rob, I found him via Marcus Ranum’s Deviantart (warning, nsfw). That man does the best classical nude/geek fetish photography. Seriously though, NSFW.
Why isn’t Hillary in there somewhere?
She is. She’s wearing pink.
This situation would have never occurred if not for the gop:
Reagan invented aids.
There were no rapes while Bill clinton was president.
It is the fear that Bush inspires in the public that drives men to rape.
The poor rapist would never have been ‘inspired’ if not for Haditha.
And the map if of a scary part of Minneapolis encompassing Eliot Park (southeast of Downtown) and the slum-in-the-sky public housing projects known as Cedar-Riverside (just west of the University of Minnesota!
The rapist with AIDS is behind a Baptist church and the nearest cop is hanging out in the neighborhood community garden. ;)
What I want to know is that a 9mm Glock, .40 cal. or .45 Auto? If it was my daughter I would highly recommend the .40 caliber. The 9mm bullet expansion in HP is not reliable enough and the .45 Auto is too much cartridge for most women … though lots of practice can help that problem. In any case the world would be a better place without an extra nutbag rapist running around - HIV or no HIV.
I recently gifted my Model 21 Glock .45 auto to my son along with four hi-cap mags here in the People’s Republic of Illinois. It was my favorite pistol until I got the Springfield Armory XD .45.
IMHO the condom would only make for safe rape and the cellphone would probably fall victim to a dropped call. I’ve never had a misfire with any of the three different Glocks I’ve owned along the way.
My two cents.
Yeah, but a Glock? How bout a nice ‘merican gun? Kahr arms make a swell 9mm, and .40. Small, easy to carry, lightweight.
The only problem with the Glock is the kool-aid they make you drink when you buy one.
I have a smith-wesson revolver in .45 ACP. 6 for sure, and the moon clips provide a fast reload. The revolver center of gravity is low, inside the holster, compared to the center of gravity of any automatic which is above the holster.

Can I use send it to the members of my gun club?

Glock 22 in .40 is fine. I am eager to try out my new (to me) Ruger 944, which, by the heft of it, appears to have been whittled from a chunk of neutron star matter.
Chuck: The to/from thing is weird. You stretched out a 1 line comment into 9. Bill’s very free about linking/sending/passing around his blog, so send around the link.
That’s (Chuckles’) trademark.
.40 S&W is good. .357 SIG is a little better and I’d prefer that she had a full sized pistol so she would have a larger magazine.
Does that Glock have a grip safety just below the slide?
Hankmeister may be right about the 40 cal but I refuse to own a politically correct 40. A bit less powder in a 10 mm makes more sense than the 40.
Each morning I choose 9 mm Glock 19 or 45 GAP Glock 37 to wear. Again today it is the 45 GAP.

That should be ‘hallmark’. Trademarks are something to do with legally registered commercial enterprises. But, in certain understandings ‘trademark’ could be used.

Can I use it?

P.S. I prefer the M1911A1.

A hit with a 9mm is better than a miss with a .40, as they say.
Another of Chuckle’s trademarks is a certain pinched literalness that is not supported by actual usage or evidence:

Sure, knock yourself out. But it’s not mine. See the link.

How do I get in touch with ~raftergoblin? I’ve tried the web-site and some variations on possible e-mail addresses relating thereto. But to no avail.

I do believe I did mention the term ‘trademark’ is usable. I was just expressing my preference for ‘hallmark’.
From my ‘pinched literal’ perspective, ‘hallmark’ is considerably more appropriate. Especially in light of your cited reference of ‘trademark’; as the former has more, shall we say, ‘class’.

Chuck(le), IMHO the word “hallmark” would tend to bring greeting cards to mind.
Chuckle, we have a case of dueling secondary definitions. Your usage of “hallmark” is secondary, and my usage of “trademark” is secondary.
How about “irritating habit” as a compromise.
Better with a Sig 229 .40 I am not too keen on the Glock
Alex
I’ll settle for that, nemo.
Just talking about Glocks - and I am not knocking the Springfield Armory or other quality guns -
On the Glock 40 vs. .45 - as a female shooter, LE and civilian firearms instructor, and a person who simply likes firearms a lot - I find the Glock 21 (.45) and Glock 30 (compact model) to be better choices than the Glock 22 for most male and female shooters. The Glock.45 has less felt recoil which makes for more accurate shot placement. The Glock 40 has more - and sharper - felt recoil. Some people feel the grip on the .45 may be too fat for some male and female hands - I have small hands and still prefer (and am accuarate with) the .45. The Glock GAP .45 can take care of that issue.
But as far as someone’s daughter carrying a full size gun - one of my daughters has a Glock 30 because it’s small size is more convenient - and another the Glock 27 (compact 40) because it is even smaller - and a gun does not do any good if it is not available for use. In the home any one of them is OK of course - but most people who are not gun nuts will not own multiple guns.
Tactical question Tatyana, considering how young ladies dress with the midriff display these days what is your recommendation for carrying a weapon? Not like there is much imagination to hide a shoulder holster when the daughter goes nighclubbing.
The poster is mine. You are all welcome to use and re-post it.
Thanks, Oleg. Great job, by the way.
If the 9 is a better choice for other reasons (size, recoil, grip, etc.) then one could always go with the ExtremeShock ammo.
