Senior officials believe Mr Bush’s inner circle has decided he does not want to leave office without first ensuring that Iran is not capable of developing a nuclear weapon.
Interesting phrasing here: Bush’s “inner circle has decided?”
Is that intended to indicate that the Telegraph thinks that Bush’s inner circle decides what Bush thinks?
As for me, I don’t care who decides, as long as the end result is that the Mullahs get taken out.
