Bill Adds Fuel to Flames in a Divided Border State - New York Times
As if to remind her, the Arizona Senate moved forward Wednesday with a bill that would prohibit employers from knowingly hiring illegal immigrants. The fact that federal law already proscribes that did not stop the sponsors, who complained that the federal government was not enforcing its own laws.
Our masters remain blissfully unaware of how shaky the foundations upon which their power rests are becoming.

One question: Would “we didn’t know” be enough to get an employer off the hook?
SCOTUS says immigration is federal. But if the feds refuse to do something don’t the states have an obligation? And can we dissolve the non-functioning union? Nothing in the Constitution or the Amendments prohibits states from withdrawing.
